Holiday for Heroes & Helpers

The Simi Valley Police Department is excited to announce our upcoming Holiday Heroes & Helpers event on December 12th, 2024.This is a special retail shopping experience for underserved teens.  This initiative brings together various community heroes, including law enforcement, fire personnel, medical professionals, and military members, to support and inspire our youth during the holiday season. 

While many wonderful organizations bring the gift of caring and gifts to younger in need children, there are limited resources for our underserved teens. This program serves our teens in need from the ages of 13 to 18 years old.   

This event aims to bridge the gap between our community heroes and the youth, alleviating fears and fostering inspiration during a time that can be particularly challenging for some.  This event is sponsored by the Simi Valley Police Foundation, Walmart grants, many generous donors such as yourself.
